OTT Ad Platform Premion Cuts Equity Deal With Gray Television

Tegna’s Premion — its OTT/CTV advertising selling business — has struck a deal with Gray Television, giving that TV station group a minority stake in the business.

As part of the new partnership, Gray’s TV sales staff will sell advertising inventory on Premion’s local OTT/CTV networks/apps in Gray’s 93 television markets.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
