Premion Welcomes Ed Ziskind and Yvette Lapompe to Further Bolster Sales & Product Teams

We’re thrilled to welcome two senior leaders: Ed Ziskind, Northeast Regional Sales Director and Yvette Lapompe, Director of Product. These new appointments strengthen Premion’s sales and product leadership teams and will further advance our goals to accelerate growth and drive new technology innovations in streaming TV advertising.

As the Northeast Regional Sales Director, Ed Ziskind will serve as a critical leader of revenue based in the New York market. He will be responsible for business development and managing national agency relationships in the Northeast territory, in addition to local, direct brand and regional agency relationships.

Ed joins Premion from Spectrum Reach, where he launched their multi-screen enterprise sales division, Full Spectrum. Previously, he served as Vice President of Strategic Sales & Marketing at CBS Local Broadcasting, where he spent seven years leading their multi-platform business development division, CBS360. Ed started his career in local television at Boston’s WB (WLVI), a Tribune station, and he spent 15 successful years at Tribune Broadcasting — notably launching and running their Business Development Division, Tribune PLUS. He received his MBA at Bentley Graduate School of Business in Waltham, Massachusetts, and his BS at SUNY Stony Brook University.

As Director of Product, Yvette Lapompe will spearhead the development of advanced audience targeting capabilities. With more than 10 years of product experience and eight years within the ad tech space, Yvette joins Premion from Integral Ad Science where she worked on publisher solutions for the past five years. Yvette will focus on data strategy, working with planning, sales, and marketing to deliver the best audiences to advertisers and effectively leveraging the most cost-efficient segments from Premion’s providers.

Diversity and Inclusion is a topic of great importance to Yvette and she serves on committees both inside and outside of the workplace. Most recently, she’s been working as one of the leaders in Black Women in Product. Yvette holds an undergraduate degree from Cornell University and a master’s degree in Business from Harvard.
